Using our website

Where we sell
We sell to customers with a delivery address in the Canadian provinces. At this time, we do not sell or deliver to Quebec or to the territories. Our products are intended for use in Canada. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Products and information
We work to make product descriptions, photos, dimensions, specifications and availability as accurate as we can, but much of this information comes from the manufacturers and can change without notice. Colours may look different on your screen. Before ordering, please check the product's size, power, gas and venting needs, and the space where it will be installed. If you are not sure whether a product suits your home, contact us before you buy.
Product photos may show items, accessories or settings that are not included. What is included is listed on the product page.
Prices and taxes
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST or similar) are calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Shipping costs, when they apply, are shown at checkout.
- Prices, promotions and free shipping offers can change at any time. A price in effect when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
- Sale prices and "was" prices are shown to help you compare. A promotion may have limits or an end date, and these are shown with the offer.
Pricing or listing errors
We make every effort to list products correctly, but sometimes a price, picture or description is wrong. If we find an error in your order, we will tell you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it for a full refund. We may also cancel an order that was placed at a wrong price and refund you in full before it ships.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We email you a confirmation to say that we received it, but that email is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we confirm that it is shipping or has been sent out. We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if a product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot confirm your details. If we cancel an order after you paid, we will refund you in full.
Payment
- Payment is taken when you place your order, unless we say otherwise at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- We may ask for extra verification before we process an order, to protect you and us from fraud.
- Buy-now-pay-later and financing options, when offered, are provided by the third-party provider, under its own terms, credit approval and fees. We are not the lender, and we do not make credit decisions.

These pages form part of these Terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to your carrier at your address, but we help with any damage as described in our shipping and returns policy.
Installation and safe use
Appliances, and especially gas, electrical and plumbing products, must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and local codes, normally by a qualified professional. Installation is not included in the price of your order unless we state it. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, use or maintenance.
Reviews, messages and what you send us
If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content to our site, you confirm that it is yours or that you have permission to use it, that it is truthful, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it on our site and in our marketing. We may remove content at any time.
Marketing messages
We will send you promotional emails only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We will always send you service messages about your orders and account.

The website, its design, text, graphics and logos belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
